Race Route 10K
The 10K race begins at 8 a.m. on Cruse Avenue.
The starting line is on Cruse Avenue near 6th Avenue and will travel past the historic St. Helena Cathedral and the Montana State Capitol.
The course becomes common for all race events on Park Avenue until the Finish Line. See Map
IMPORTANT
In order to protect all 10K race participants, those pushing strollers in the 10K MUST begin the race in the area designated for strollers at the rear of the crowd. The Governor's Cup Committee recommends that race participants interested in accurate or fast times should NOT push strollers.
The 10K route is USA Track and Field certified course #MT03003GT.
The awards ceremony will be held in downtown Helena at 12:30 p.m. on race day to award the top overall male and female finishers in each race.
Results will be published on this site (barring technical difficulties) by midnight on Race Day.
Last year's race attracted competitors from all over North America.
